Blacklight Kabuki
Blacklight Kabuki is the creation of artists Rodger Carr and Philip Blackwelder. Using creative materials – such as original multi-colored fluorescent paints, make-up, and various coatings (some unavailable to the general public), Blacklight Kabuki has mastered fantastic luminescent murals, costumes, make-up, and body art all of which are designed and produced by the artists.
