Barbara Ellen Sorensen

Barbara Ellen Sorensen is an editor for Cultural Survival Quarterly, a contributing writer/editor for The Tribal College Journal, and former senior editor of Winds of Change, the flagship magazine of the American Indian Science & Engineering Society. Her poetry has been published in such journals as Copper Nickel, Cutthroat, Many Mountains Moving, and Women Writers of Haitian Descent. She has a poem and two memoir pieces forthcoming in, respectively, InScape, the anthology So Spoke the Earth, and the online journal Drunken Boat.
