The worldwide service is free, with the exception of postage, and works on a point system that requires users to give away at least one book for every three received. If you’re feeling exceptionally giving you can donate your points to a charity, like a library or a prison. There’s just something about virtual bookstores (and mooching) that tickle my fancy.
